Literally just got back from this place. Almost the best breakfast experience ive ever had. Service and food was amazing.We got the buffet, all you can eat for $18.

We used to come to the Happy Buffet, at least once a week, but no more...the sushi is old and taste very bad, they need to bring back the regular Chinese food.
