        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The manager is grumpy, argumentative, makes mistakes and is undeniably angry at her customers. I tolerated this for a year before moving on.

        I've gone here for a few years now and only had one issue. They're usually about a week turn around regardless of the amount of things you drop off. They do prefer to you pay ahead of time which I know some folks might not like, but I’ve never had anything returned damaged or untreated. I had an issue with a down comforter being late. They said a week but when I went to pick it up they said they didn't have it ready and couldn't explain why. It took another 3 days to get it back. Other than that they're a pretty average drycleaners. They staff is not talkative which is fine by me, but I can see why others may find it rude.

        Very good establishment; they do great work in reasonable time without any issues. Fair prices and no mistakes in almost 4 years of cleaning all my suits and shirts weekly.
