Proceed with caution...or just go somewhere else. Dr Reichley may be new but he left unhappy customers where he has been. He took our money and left my husband's mouth is disrepair. Dr Reichly performed an implant on my husband's front tooth. It was much longer than the other front tooth. My husband went back requesting it be fixed. At no point did the Dr say it wouldn't be straight, we just wanted it even with the other front tooth! He ended up filing it slanted and shorter than the other tooth. When we complained, again, he blamed my husband for asking to file it. When we called the manager, he would call back instead. He never once took responsibility. He laughed at me when we asked him to redo it. He ended up saying that if we spent more money! on more implants, he would then redo that one at no charge. He blamed my husband having crooked teeth for the reason he messed up and wanted him to get braces in order to make it right. Even though none of this were true, why would he not express any of this beforehand? He's a joke and no good. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!

My experience was excellent. I am so glad that I have Amanda for my Hygienist. She has an excellent chair side manner , coupled with the ability to keep you engaged by asking; are you okay, do you need a bathroom break and eager to answer any questions that you may have. She made me feel relaxed. This was my first real visit and I am certain that I have found myself a new dental home. In addition, Dr. Richley has always been excellent as my dentist, ergo the reason for me to changing practices. I had to do my due diligence to find him, however, I am so glad that I did. I have never liked the dental experience as a whole and I can't believe that I am looking forward to going back to completing my scaling. From the front desk staff, Andrea, the dental hygienist and Dr. Richley , for my first experience as a whole. I say KUDOS! to the Coastal Cosmetic & Implant Team at Haygood in Virginia Beach!
