Schrumpf & Herman Family Dentistry

Since Dr. Schrumpf left the practice, the care and service has declined! The staff are cold, unprofessional with poor skills. My last visit for a routine cleaning was pathetic. The hygienist was rushed and disorganized. I had to request she go over certain areas she barely touched She made me aware she had 4 patients to see in the hour which made sense why she was doing such a poor job. Dr. Santos exam was a joke. It took him 15 secs if that, and it was obvious he too was in a rush to get to the next patient. My husband was seen right after me and he felt the rushed treatment as well. Some of the equipment wasn't working causing further frustration. If you are looking for a dentist, this is not the place!!

Dr Santos and his staff was so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming.

My insurance company recommended dentist Santos he was on the list we could go to an my experience was not very good when at first I wanted a new crown done an received a temporary crown that was not even close in color an also after I got home an the numbness went away an the crown was sticking in the side of my tongue, I went back several times to have it sawed away from my tongue an several times to stop the pain I was still having the dentist drill again an still I was having pain he removed the crown an gave me another one an when the permanent crown came in I went back again to have the crown an I payed off the charges an when I got home I looked at the crown in the mirror an the crown was again not compatible in color it was very white an didn't match close to my teeth I started having pain again in the permanent crown an had to go back again an dentist Santos Jr who was my dentist the whole time had to drill again an I still was having pain I thought I would give it some more time till I just made another appointment with konifoff dental an dentist fields drilled a lot more an got the pain to slow down a lot but the permanent crown has not been right since dentist Santos Jr did it an I still cannot eat on that crown an I was told that I will have to have a root canal now an my insurance company doesn't pay for root canals I am very unhappy an disappointed an for my pain an suffering I have asked for a refund in a text to dentist Santos Jr with no response Nancy Bly 9/12/23 I deserve a response an a refund I have never had anything happen to me ever before with any dental work
