Shiny computers is the best Apple repair and resource in Hampton Roads! Everyone on the staff is patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and capable. I am a regular customer because its very hard to connect with anyone at the Apple store, and these folks really know their stuff. Inventory is trustworthy if you are looking for refurbished Apple products.

Flawless experience. 9+ year old macbook pro, apple store told me they won't even look at it, and "it's definitely your graphics card and logic board", quoted a $600 fix. They did, at least recommend Shiny Computers. Within 15 minutes SC diagnosed the problem, fixed it, upgraded my RAM, and installed the latest OS for $105 (including tax).
If you've got an apple product, see these guys before anyone else. Can't recommend highly enough.
