Closed the business without reaching out to customers. Our clothes are still there!!! Its been 3 weeks!!! They took our money and just ran!!!! Never again that I will trust this place!!!! GARBAGE!!!

Took the money and ran. Literally. Closed the business down and just left peoples belongings hanging there instead of contacting them to come and pick it up. My boyfriends leather motorcycle vest was dropped off for alterations. He went to get it, sign said open, yet no one was there. He could see his vest hanging in there. The surrounding businesses said they basically bolted. Contact the property manager if you happen to also be a victim!! Garbage. Straight garbage. Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

The S. Battlefield BLVD location is closed indefinitely, supposedly due to renovations. No messages went out to customers that had dropped their cleaning off, that the pick up location had changed. In fact, I never received messages for two laundry drop offs. There was only a sign on the door notifying customers that they would need to travel to the Military Hwy store to pick up their laundry. It was not a good experience.
