Nice employees but tried to make sure my phone plan was affordable for me but here I am spending $$$ thats unnecessary. I looked at my plan this morning and changed it myself because I didnt know you could do that till now but it upsets me that I went into At&T and asked to change my plan a week ago because I noticed I was spending like over $200 for a one person phone plan. which I really shouldnt be spending that amount of $$$ just for data, texting and calling. Turns out the guy who did my phone plan at first gave me all this extra stuff added to my account that I had NO IDEA about and never once used it but I was paying for it... so advice to At&T employees... make things clear with your customers with what they wanna do when they go into your store instead of screwing them over to add extra $$$ that they could use for their bills and other mouths to feed especially! In this point of time where its hard to make money because of Covid.
