Darrell Johnson was our sales consultant. Through the process of making our selection, locating the exact car I was looking for and keeping us updated on arrival was the hallmark of his service. Once the car arrived he took the time to explain all of the features and even scolded me a little bit when I turned down some of the safety features! Shawanda made sure every detail was in place when I brought it back for sealant protection and had a top of the line loaner ready for me. Overpriced and substandard service. Everything is three times the normal price and none of it has to do with COVID pricing. This is simply "Corporate Greed" at it's best!

This dealership does not follow the Priority Dealership SOP ... this snobby PRIORITY location ONLY services the Lexus Brand ... When I bought my vehicle I was told I could take it to ANY Priority location for service ... SMDFH ... so much for standing by your word .
