Their price was lower than 2 other estimates I received and theirs included 20 mil vinyl, a dehumidifier and 2 in insulated panels on the inside foundation block (not part of the other companies estimates). The work was performed in 2 days and the workers were very friendly and kept me informed of what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company.

Terrific experience working with Bay Crawlspace, and I’d recommend them to anyone. The scope of work was clearly defined, and pricing was visible and not arbitrary. The people who work there seem happy and enjoyed their work and employer. Their attention to their work reflected that. Pricing was on par with far less credentialed companies. Edited 9/14/2021 We recently had some adjustments to the work completed by Bay Crawlspace. I cannot express strongly enough was a FANTASTIC organization this is to work with. I have never been so pleased with the work done by a contractor in my home as I have been with Bay. This work utilized a different crew, and they, too, were all wonderful to work with. Clearly this organization has a culture of professionalism, pride in workmanship, and quality. Thank you so much for your excellent work.
