They need to update the time that they open because I drove up there thinking it was going to be open at 10am, but when I got there expecting them to be open the lady at the store said they dont open till 10:30. Very misleading, but overall the service is great. The time is my only issue!

Extremely disappointed. While I was driving to this place I was thinking about the review I was going to write because they have always been very helpful. It was a five star; however, this review changed for 2 min and I will explain why. I went to the Loehmanns plaza and they didnt have the product that I needed so, as always they were very nice and offered to call another location. They called the one in Laskin rd and they had the product, they offered to hold it. I immediately drove all the way there, I arrived to the place and they were closed. The place closed at 7 and I arrived at 7:02. The woman said that they were closed and I completely understand and respect their time; however, you just do not do that to a customer, it is just rude. They made me drive all the way there and she was laughing with a sarcastic smile and say I am sorry we are closed. I explained that I was not going to be in this area and she just thought it was funny. Never again.

The lady that works there that let her hair go gray is a wonder woman and superstar. Whenever I go there, she is the only one that helps, even with other associates milling around the store. Kudos to her! She helped "fix" my hair problem
