Transmission at Bayside

I have been using this shop for over 10 years now and have never had a problem. The owner Chelebi will never try to oversell you or have you replace items that don't need replaced. Have not been able to find anyone to even come close to his prices. He will always offer you the cheapest route first and let you decide from there. Not once has he done a repair that I needed to return the car for item not being fixed properly like you will experience with dealerships. There is no where else I would go but here. As a female, it is hard to find a good, honest mechanic. I have finally found just that at Bayside Transmission. I have been there twice, and I have been so happy with the results. The prices are fair, and everyone is so kind and helpful. I will never go to another mechanic.

I was referred to this company by a good friend of mine. I am happy to report that I was not disappointed The owner was wonderful to deal with and the work Exceeded my expectations. Work was completed in a timely manner and the price was incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family and friends.

Top-notch, friendly service at reasonable prices. Having tried a half-dozen repair shops in the area theyre now my go-to and I cant recommend them highly enough. Ive literally saved thousands by the repairs theyve talked me out of. On point! (BMW Z4, Toyota Prius, Toyota Highlander Hybrid, Toyota Avalon)

I brought my truck to them to have the throw out bearing in my transmission Replaced. They informed me it would be a good idea to have the slave cylinder, clutch, pressure plate, and pilot bearing all replaced at the same time as preventative maintenance and I agreed for them to do all of it. They charged me about 1,300 for the work and about 25,000 miles later I started having issues with the slave cylinder leaking. I brought it to a different shop and they informed me that all parts Bayside transmission claimed they replaced were not, and that they were all original parts. They scammed me and left me with another big problem and repair bill. I will never go back there or recommend them. Service: Transmission
