Came here instructed by AllState, the receptionist appears to HATE her job. First told me that there's no record of me in there, called statefarm and they said you are in there... so I called back, and then she said first available is next month... I said damnnnn, thats far away and idk if she thought it was a joke but literally a legitimate reaction and she just hung up. RUDE, even in person she was rude.

Kempsville body shop did an Amazing job on my vehicle. The customer service was awesome and very attentive to our needs.
