H&T has been nothing short of amazing! My son is stationed in Norfolk and his car was stolen and recovered right as he was going out to sea. I was left to help get it fixed from way across the country. They unbelievably patient with me through the process and great communication each step of the repairs. They finished the job while my kid is still away and they are even helping me navigate storage until he returns. I can't say enough how great they are! I hope you never need it, but if you do this is the shop to go to.

I cant imagine anyone being happy to have to go in for collision repair, but I couldnt be happier!! Dan and his team turned an unfortunate accident into pleasantly memorable service experience. Not only was I consistently updated on the status of my car, but Dan was able to accommodate all of my needs and even made drop off and pickup easy with my overly hectic schedule.
