Harpers Square Apartments

I would give no stars if that was an option. My daughter is currently living at Harpers Square and she is dealing with rats, squirrels, and raccoons in her attic. The assistant property manager, Shaneka lied and stated the animal removal company came out and placed bait when none of that took place. Theyve been giving my daughter the run around on this situation which is unfortunate because this is her first apartment. Avoid this place like the plague and do yourself a favor and DONT move in unless you like living with unwelcome animals.

The customer service was great! I havent gotten to move in quite yet Were still In the processing of the application and you know getting keys and what not, and actually moving in and what not but I can definitely say the customer service up to this point was astronomical the communication was quick in a timely manner, respectful and quite helpful. I called and let them know that I need apartment in a pinch due to where Im staying now being on the dangerous side of things And she was amazing immediately told me what i needed to know and went into action Got my application to me fast and quick I spoke with Shaneka she was just astronomical she got the information to me quickly she k She was able to immediately let me know that they very much had units available for a immediate move-in, which was exactly what i needed and just gave me all the information I needed to know very respectful and upbeat Even when I wasnt speaking to her, Every time I called with questions about what Wi-Fi service is available at the complex or what was included in the rent things of that nature they were very quick, very respectful and make sure they got the information to me promptly, and was so nice to talk to you so the customer service here from my experience so far is just great and makes me feel even more better about moving to this apartment And making my choice in my next home!
