I just moved in recently. Maintenance is outstanding! The whole team is outstanding! The office and maintenance staff!

Been here for approximately 4 years. The location is great, close to everything, very quiet and feel very safe. The staff is friendly. Biggest downfall for us is the rent. It is outrageous, goes up every year but the improvements are 0 zero. Everything inside is outdated and run down. Being on a fixed income I see us most likely getting priced out soon and having to find a place at our ages. 70s and 80s. Who wants to do that at our age? But its all about the mighty dollar for the owners. Not the senior community. I would think that due to the age group that it targets, would have at least 1 walk-in shower for those who have a hard time with stepping over a tub. Maintenance puts on band-aids and contractors used are the pits. Under the Liesure description on the web site Id like to know where the picnic tables, fire pit, tv and bbq is. Few to none activities at the community center. If you want to use the center that is locked up, you have to rent it.

I feel sorry for my friends and family that live anywhere but Old Donation. They never receive the prompt, professional, friendly, and educational maintenance service we receive. After 50 years of home ownership and 7 years of renting, we have never seen better.

The staff here at Old Donation apartments are friendly courteous and professional.
