Jon and his crew were very professional. Very neat in their work. Extremely fast but yet detailed and their quality of work. I very highly recommend them if you need an interior painter.

Jon and his team worked in my mother in-laws house to replace here outdated kitchen cabinets and countertops. Jon made her a handmade beautiful wooden countertop and painted her existing cabinets. He and his team replaced her floors in the kitchen and and both of her bathrooms. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and craftsmanship that valley pro services provides. We recommended Jon to my mother in-law and we look forward to him and his team in our own home soon. Jon Spencer, the owner of Valley Pro Services, came to our home in September to look at work we wanted done in our kitchen and eating nook. We had just had the walls and ceiling in our eating nook newly dry walled and plastered and wanted to add some finishing touches to the eating nook as well as the kitchen (crown molding, new cabinet door and drawer fronts, and some other carpentry work). He said he could get started in October and that once he and his crew began work they’d be done in a few days. A couple days after Mr. Spencer’s initial (and only) visit, we contacted him via text for an estimate and asked if we could also get a quote for painting our eating nook and for hanging new lights in our kitchen and eating nook. Mr. Spencer replied, “yes sir, I’ll send you that tomorrow.” Well, I’m a woman, not a man, and I have yet to receive an estimate from Mr. Spencer. Meanwhile, we’ve been waiting to hear back from Mr. Spencer, for almost 2 months now, still thinking he’d get back to us and do this work for us, we haven’t been able to move furniture back into our eating nook and actually have meals in our dining area because it’s an unfinished construction zone because Mr. Spencer never did the work for us and our kitchen is also displaced, because everything is moved around while waiting for this project to be finished that he was supposed to help us with. We were hoping to have our eating nook and kitchen completely finished by Thanksgiving, as Mr. Spencer had said could happen, however, we have realized we won’t be hearing from him (he hasn’t answered our attempts to contact), so we have had no choice but to do the work ourselves. We are painting and teaching ourselves how to do the carpentry work and lighting. We probably won’t have our kitchen and eating nook ready for our Thanksgiving family get-together and maybe not for Christmas and New Year’s either. We are very disappointed. We were excited about getting this work professionally done in a timely manner and thought he was motivated to do this project for us but instead all he did was waste our time while we waited to hear from him for an estimate and start date. Mr. Spencer also wasted our time when he came to look at our proposed project as it is clear he had no desire to even begin our project. We would advise others not to waste their time in contacting Valley Pro Services. Mr. Spencer and Valley Pro Services use an advertising slogan that they will help you love your home again. We have to laugh at that as Mr. Spencer made no attempt to help us. We’re doing it all ourselves.

Jon does an excellent job. Very professional and talented man. He has painted our walls, cabinets and ceiling. He has also added wainscoting and crown molding. We are very pleased with his work and will continue to work with him. Most importantly he is honest and trustworthy as well as an excellent craftsman! Highly recommend Valley Pro. Here are some after and before photos. I’m not a great photographer but you can still see what an amazing job he did. We are looking forward to our next project with him.
