Great place to get fit while learning some new skills. James offers a unique experience with training that will help people develop their skill set while burning fat. I've lost over 20lbs in two months of training with James.

This is the best workout experience I've had to date, coming from someone who played sports in high school and got out of shape afterwards. James is very thorough and patient and is able to customize the daily workouts to make sure people of all fitness levels can enjoy a satisfying yet demanding workout. He expects your all but is not aggressive in his training style; he quickly becomes a friend in addition to a coach. I unfortunately had to relocate away from the area, but had been planning to stay with OMA for as long as I could. You won't regret trying this out and you'll probably end up staying once you do.
