NEVER AGREE TO USE THIS TITLE COMPANY I've bought and sold several pieces of property over the past few years and this is THE WORST TITLE COMPANY THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. I had to specifically request documents from them that they should have provided up front. Their settlement statement had duplicated expenses, multiple lines with the same entry for the buyer vs the seller so it was difficult to compare who was paying for what, and they have random fees and can't provide an explanation as to what they're for. My husband is active duty and I have a POA that I've used to buy the house that I'm selling, vehicles, and every financial institution I use has accepted including to buy the house that I just sold. Yet, their lawyer says it's too broad and they don't take responsibility for the quality of the people they consult with. They also held $550 in escrow for water bills. I paid the water bill the day the sale was final, so there was a $0 balance. They returned $81.55 to me, saying there was a $468.45 balance, with no proof there was a balance and no proof that they paid that to the utility. They steal. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TITLE COMPANY. I WILL NEVER DO A REALTY TRANSACTION THAT HAS THIS COMPANY INVOLVED EVER AGAIN.

I had great experience with Landmark Title Services. When my husband and I went to their office to close our refinance, the staff warmly welcomed us. They prepared all documents in advance. All our questions were clearly answered with no ambiguity. We completed the closing in a spacious and impeccable room. I was really impressed with their service. Thank you, Landmark Title Services!
