It is very hard to get to this agent. For a simple matter of linking an auto policy to a user web login takes weeks.
No calls were answered. No texts were responded. It is hectic to go through statefarm customer service to get it done as it has to be done by the local agent. Fairly poor service. After repeated disappointments and frustrations, I ended up with calling corporate customer service and speaking to a customer relation specialist and had my policy transferred to another agent to be serviced. Finally a peace of mind.

After years of what seemed like good service, this office was impossible to get a hold of in 2022. When I did get through his assistant would promise to call me back, which never happened. My commercial liability policy lapsed waiting over the months trying to work with his office. I contacted another state farm agent and the issue was resolved with one phone call. I switched all my business.

We called to add a new car and remove and old car from our policy. Found out the change never happened, and we were driving around uninsured for two weeks. Ended up having to call into general customer service to request a new agent.
Previously we called to add homeowners insurance. Andy was non responsive for days. It took us reaching out to the general customer service line to put in a request for him to contact us in order for him to respond.
