        I visited yesterday for blood test. I have to report, that this is a jem, compared with all other super busy centers. I was in and out and obtained a great service from the staff, named Arlene. Much thanks.

        The representative or lab tech drawing blood was extremely rude and unprofessional. Id recommend going to an actual Quest diagnostics versus this run down shack.

        I came in as a walk-in and had a positive experience and interaction with the staff, who were polite, responsive, and professional. The only challenge was trying to find the office in a batch of identical offices, so Ive attached photo for easier locating.

        Should really be -10 stars. Robin who works over the phone is one of the rudest workers I've interacted with. You can't be rude to people calling to get lab results who are also doing their jobs. I've interacted with Robin before -1000/10 not a kind person who should work with doctors office's and patients.
