A neophyte, I was told to go to Vu for advice. He asked numerous questions about where I would listen and what I would listen to. He was sympathetic to my frugal budget. He made recommendations. I followed them. More than ten years out I could not be happier.

I have been purchasing my analogue equipment literally for several decades from Vu Hoang. And there is no one better not only at recommending the best units for your system, but also making sure they are installed for maximum benefit to the listener. Beware that shopping at Deja Vu is not like shopping at Best Buy where there is a very limited quality and price range. He has it all and great listening rooms to help inform your choice.

I like the fact that no one pressured me to buy anything. If I ever had a question about anything Vu would give me his honest opinion and let me decide. I have been shopping here for over 10 years and I rate this store and the employees a 10.

I went in looking for advice on a cartridge for my turntable and a little education on equipment, but what I received was far greater than that. Vu opened my eyes to a world that I had never known existed and his answers to my various questions were backed by evidence, not just believe me, its better. I learned more about hifi equipment in the hour and a half that I spent with him than the months of online research. Before making any purchasing decisions, I would urge you to reach out to Vu, Mike and their staff for advice/help.
