This was the first time I have visited this doctors office for my daughters sports physical. Staff was so friendly and was in and out in no time. One of the better southern dominion healthcare centers.

Showed up with broken or fractured finger from accidentally falling. Was told they didnt have urgent care. However a nurse did make time to see my wife. They fit het in between other patients and discovered her knuckle was dislocated. X-rayed, fixed, braced, medicated and out in 2 hours. Very happy with their care.

Don't waste your time going to their walk in on Saturday..the doctor leaves when ever she feels like leaving.. Time says 8-12 you better call right before coming.. I drove a hour and got there after 11.. doctor decided to leave at 10.. receptionist says doctor on Saturday isn't use to the amount of patients they have and will leave basically when she feels like it and they have no say in it..I got turned away and told I can schedule Monday to see doctor.. Last time I came to doctor he couldn't figure what antibiotic to put me on and tells me if I can figure out what I can take let them know.. what kind of doctor does this...it's their job.. Very disappointed in the actions here with patients from their staff..if they don't fix things I'll have to find another doctor..
