I own a 2012 Audi A6. More than 18 months ago I took my car to Mr. Cosner after I had hit a deer. The work was great, I thought. About 2 weeks ago my headlight stopped working. My dealer told me that wiring work that was incorrect was the culprit. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how the wiring might have gotten messed up, until I remembered the body work. I went by Cosners, told them by story, they looked up my records, and when they saw that they had worked on this same headlight, Mr. Cosner, without a moment's hesitation, said "Tell the dealer to bill me. We don't like to do work that isn't right." The bill was almost $1,200. If you are looking for a great body shop and the most honest proprietor I have ever know, go to Cosner Bros.
