        Gravy was pure liquid, I called to let management know so it could get fixed. He knew, just thought it would be better by now lost me right there...you knew and still served it...shameful

        Let me start off with this...I completely get that there are staffing issues, however, 13 minutes in the drive-thru is ridiculous. I pulled up and ordered just a 5 piece chicken tender. There was one car ahead of me waiting at the window. We waited and waited. Noone came to the window to say that they were running behind or short staffed or anything. When it got to be 13 minutes and I didn't see any staff we left. As I drove around the building there were 4 cars in the parking lot but not 1 person in the lobby. Never again.
