        It was great! I never can find anyone to cut the key when I go to Lowes. I was waiting in line and saw that machine. I went over and cut my own beautiful butterfly key. "LOVE IT"! I plan to cut a few more soon.

        I made four keys and enjoyed the experience. The keys look different, but I trusted that they would work and they did-but only on my new Schlage lock. I have four older (14 years) Schlage locks and the new keys did not work on them. All of my locks are theoretically keyed the same, so they should have worked.

        We called because we locked ourselves out of the house. They said they'd give us a call when they were on the way and 30 minutes passed with nothing. So I called again and was told they cancelled our order and to call a different company.
