Kelsey Sayre is an awesome PCP. Really thankful for her as she found something other doctors have went years trying to figure out. Life changer ENT is good for the most part & same for GYNO. I see rheumatology soon.. Radiology is pleasant & so are labs. Nowcare takes a long time. Gastro isnt much past a colonoscopy and they are judgey.

Staff and physicians are very friendly and helpful. Check-in for routine procedure was quick and there was hardly a wait before getting started. Plenty of parking and places to sit in the waiting areas.

It's actually a very nice place. People here are very friendly and very encouraging. It looks like they're doing some rebuilds which is fine everything needs to change for a bit. But... The "Billing Department" regardless if you've already made a payment via cash or debit card. You're going to get a bill? Which makes absolutely no sense at all. If I pay for my services on that day and I receive a receipt I should not in turn receive a bill? But what I've been told by the billing department is that the system is "Automatic". So regardless of what day it is either from the 1st or to the 31st. You're going to get a bill even if you have paid for that bill. And every time the bill will either be 25% or even 75% of what you originally told. So every time you have to come here you have to make a phone call. In a week or so discussing a bill. Twice or even three times of what was agreed upon. And they're only excuses" it's an automatic system". This is why you receive three stars. If this keeps happening I'll have to find care elsewhere. Even if it involves driving a hundred more miles.

This is a thorough review of this medical group. I have been to 3 different medical groups here and was/have been dissatisfied at all 3: Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and Gynecology. In Internal Medicine I saw Dr. Giornelli (not sure about that spelling) a few times in early 2020. My OB-GYN (a highly experienced doctor of over 30 years) said he thought I had a thyroid issue based on what he felt on my neck. I thought I had hypothyroidism since I had all the symptoms, so he referred me to see this internal med doc for an eval, blood test and analysis. Dr. Giornelli is very friendly and kind, but young and seems very inexperienced. Even after sharing all of my daily symptoms he kind of brushed it off, felt my neck and said he didn't feel anything. Then he said the blood test looked normal after the results came back. Well, I got a copy of those results and looked them over, researched different aspects, and the results didn't look normal. Of course, in horrible western medicine/ healthcare in the US what is deemed as the "normal" or "okay" range on blood tests is way outside of what is actually healthy. Anyway, I was very unimpressed and wouldn't see him ever again. I cannot speak for the other doctors. As far as my Dermatology experience... There was a long wait period to see Dr. Buckley. His nurse wasn't friendly at all and gave me a look like I was "less than." Maybe because she's Black and I'm White. I've lived in many places where Black people treated me fine, infact I got close with my Black neighbors when I lived in Maryland and miss them dearly. But, here in Suffolk sometimes I feel like Black people can be racist, or treat me differently because I'm White. She put off that vibe, and I felt very uncomfortable. Anyways... Dr. Buckley was friendly, but extremely fast, barely listened to me, told me my issue on my leg wasn't an issue and if I wanted it removed it would be a cosmetic procedure and likely be too expensive. Shouldn't he let me decide that? Anyway, he was out of there so fast. I totally, 100%, felt like I was just a number, not a human. My husband also saw him and felt the exact same way, and my husband has had skin cancer before and needs a good dermatologist. Needless-to-say, he sees a Dermatologist with a totally different practice. Now we move to the OB-GYN office... First off, 80% of the time during normal open hours, the phone rings to what should be an after-hours-only on-call service. Then, when you do leave a message the actual OB-GYN office can take days to call you back, or you end up in waste-of-time phone tag. It's unacceptable that they don't have enough staff to answer calls during normal hours, or that they simply don't pick up and put you on hold until they can speak to you. Aside from that horrible patient treatment, there are other issues... The patient rooms are extemely old, filthy, cramped, and outdated - straight out of the early 80's with dripping sinks in the tiny attached bathrooms. With the amount of patients coming and going there is NO excuse why they cannot completely renovate the entire building or even build a new facility altogether. I see Dr. Demkowsi. He is very nice and genuinely friendly, but there are always loooong wait times to see him, he often rushes out for deliveries and leaves patients to have to reschedule even after waiting a long time to be seen. The first 4 pregnancy appointments he didn't even remember me or my health background. He doesn't call me by name either. I feel like I'm a number even though he's nice.Eventually I warmed up to him and he did deliver my baby and was nice. However, the practice was so bad with patients, taking calls, loooong wait times, etc., I'm not sure I'd go back even if I moved back to Virginia; we recently moved out of state. And, I wouldn't recommend this medical group to anyone.
