Maid Pro House Cleaning - Suffolk

**Update** The representatives at Maid Pro reached out to me about my dissatisfaction. They resolved this issue to our satisfaction. Thank you for caring about how your customers feel about the service received! I gave an extra star for the resolution. I contacted MaidPro because we were selling our house and needed a move-out clean. The time window we were given was 12-2. At around 1:30 I called to ensure someone was still coming as we had been waiting since before 12:00. When I called I was told they had to call the Pros and I would get a call back. When they called back, I was told that the Pros are held up at a very complicated cleaning and they have no idea when they will finish. I was asked to leave the key outside for them. That was disappointing because I wanted to be home during the cleaning and I didn’t want to leave my key. We decided to leave the door unlocked for them. They arrived around 4:00 and left around 6:30. The outside of the appliances were not cleaned. I had to go to the store and spend $8 on stainless steel cleaner as our buyers were doing a walk-through the next morning. The living room floor still had spots that weren’t cleaned. The counters were still dirty. The turner to the blinds in the master bedroom was in the hall on the floor. The laundry room floor was still dirty. Also, the cleaner who parked in our driveway leaked oil on our driveway from her car. All of this and we were still charged full price. Some of the pictures are attached. The reason for two stars is because what was actually done correctly was done well. Not a happy customer at all.
