Burger King

Isnt it reasonable to expect to receive what I ask and then pay for? Its bad enough that I had to return after driving away because I was given an incorrect order. It is worse to receive poor customer service on top of that. The black woman in there was completely out of line and very unprofessional. I could have let them fix the order, however, I only asked for a refund because of her terrible, terrible service. I drive for a living so I am in one food place or another everyday. I will never return to the Burger King.

Lady at the drive thru window (which when I called to report her the manager told me her name was Nicole) is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She handed me my food but never handed me back my debit card. When I sat there waiting for her to give it back she flung the window open and asked me why I was still there. She had a horrible attitude!!! Once she did finally decided to give my card back she opened the window and threw it at me. When I called to report her to the manager all he had to say was they were short staffed. Absolutely no excuse for her rude, trashy, and VERY unprofessional attitude. Will never go back to this place and would recommend the same for anyone else.
