I don’t live in Suffolk I only work here. I live about an hour away. While on my break from work I looked up places on yelp for tire services because I’ve been commuting on my donut for about 3 days. I found a place on yelp called Ecomax I called this place to find that it is actually called ride time auto care located right next to their old location. I asked if they had my size they said they had two left. I then asked about there tire prices and went with the used tires which are $20 more than I pay in my own area, but, because my donut was balding I needed one fast for safety reasons. I bit the bullet and went during my break to get the tires and had them put on. For one, the customer does not get to see the condition of the tires you are buying they take your key and take it to the work area of which you are not allowed in unless you are invited. That being said I was in and out in about 20 min, my job is about 5 minutes from the tire shop, so when she said all set, I paid and left and went to my job about an hour passed while at the job and when I went to my car to retrieve something the tire that I just purchased had completely flattened. When I examined what happened I noticed this used tired had a hole the shop patched poorly which caused the tire to slow leak. I am disappointed in the lack of care taken in providing a good service. Places I generally go to show the tire and test it in front of you new or used. Now I have to drive an hour back home tonight with a bald donut and less money than I started with for a horrible product. I called back but by this time they were closed, how convenient. I will never waste money here again unless reimbursed for the bad product they sold me.
