        Terrible. The last time I was there the nurse practitioner was snap chatting during my conversation with her. And then I had to pay for doctor services?

        Tried to get appt w/ my dr. Put on waiting list. Finally got appt only to be told the day before, it would be a new NP. I was lied to and have the proof on My Chart.

        BE AWARE. They do not bill your insurance for services provided, they bill you and then force you to seek resolution. They also can't handle the issue at the office, you'll be run around until you get a central billing office and no help whatsoever. Also they are a doctors office with no doctors/appointments available so there is literally no reason they should be open. GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE.

        I have been a patient of this office for 45 years. When Dr. Forbes passed away I was moved to Dr. Samuel Hostetter. I am very disappointed in the care of that I have received from him and in the violations of confidentialities regarding family members. Unfortunately I have had to leave that office due to these issues. I will truly miss the nurses and the front office staff who have always been compassionate confidential and friendly!
