So far soo BAD! They overcharged for low quality materials and appliances. The HD washer stopped working properly the first 16 months, the air con. stopped working properly the 2nd summer; they sent out their contractor ( I think he installed it) he charged; saying it was no longer under warranty. Now this summer is here; the air con. is not working ( freezes up inside). I've been informed by a reputable hvac man/company the installation is wrong/improper (inside"box" does not match outside "box") & all these things have a 5 year warranty. Call clayton homes 2 times this morning and of course same as all other years they are responding in a nothing close to timely. Once they make a sell, overcharge & do substandard setup they don't care. By the way there's a 88 years old & 29 yrs old handicap person in this home.
