Customer service was absolutely divine. The employee at the window seemed content and it was contagious and that equals a happy customer. That's the customer service equation all businesses should adapt. Haha

Best Arby's ever!!!!! Let's wait on a vehicle in drive-thru with 5 hungry kids at 10 minutes before close...SAID NO ONE EVER! LOL! We are so thankful! We were driving, and got stuck in traffic. With most places closing at 10pm we got off the closest exit. We had kids in the car who still hadn't had dinner. That's right...parents of the year here. These lovely gentlemen made a large order with smiles, and fries were fresh! They were awesome! We are so appreciative of you guys! There aren't many people like this left in the service industry! We promise to show up earlier next trip through town!

If I could give a negative 5, I would. I was charged for a large shake, the full price, instead of up the upcharge price with my meal. I asked twice if there was an upcharge, and she said no, so I asked another employee, and she told her yes, it was. It didn't matter; she just rang up the full price anyway. Then, after it was paid, she said they were out of large shake cups. Then, on top of all that, our food part of the order was also messed up. Along with the aggravation, I was over charged about $5 bucks. Gah!
