We used EZD for downsizing before our move overseas. We also interviewed a few companies before hiring them. One of those other companies told us we would barely be able to make enough to cover their setup costs. First of all, EZD took our sale with no setup costs, just a commission with a minimum requirement sale amount. Next, the knew what they were looking at when Bryan made the initial assessment. We had hundreds of rare anime figures and manga, and they sold them all at decent prices. Our move came up fast, so there was no way we could have done that all ourselves. The alternative for us was shipping everything overseas at an enormous cost or paying someone to haul it away. We just didn't have time for anything else, but EZD was quick, easy, and their staff, especially Carmen and Sarah, were incredibly efficient, organized and professional. If you're looking for an estate sale company for the belongings of anyone under 60, look no further. These are the folks.

My almost 12,000 sqft home sold much faster than we expected and I had 3 weeks to get everything out. I discovered ezDownsizing and they not only assured me they could get it done in that timeframe, they also assured me they could sell almost everything. I was also concerned about damage to my home and yard. Bottom line: they delivered in every area and I could not be happier! The presale crew were not only efficient and knowledgeable, they were also fun and made the experience easy and enjoyable. The pickup day crew was also fantastic and did an amazing job not only insuring efficient pickups, but also protecting my property. Not a scratch anywhere! Best of all, as predicted every single item listed in my auction sold! When we returned at the end of the day, the house was almost completely empty. We did have 1 item that the auction winner did not come to pick up. It was a large, difficult to move item. Ez Downsizing went the extra mile and found a new buyer, arranged for movers and had the item moved 2 days later. I highly recommend this company and have already referred several friends.

I can’t say enough good things about Bryan and Sarah at EZ Downsizing. We moved from a fully furnished 3000 square foot home with a 2 car garage to a fully furnished 1500 square foot condominium. Needless to say we had a lot of things to get rid of. It was a painless process with EZ Downsizing. They cataloged and inventoried all the items, set up the online auction, and after the pick-up left our home spotless. This was the perfect solution to our dilemma. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend EZ Downsizing.
