I appreciate this business, we will call again. He was not available, out of country on Holiday. Which was understandable. But "Still" took my call and referred me to another reliable, reputable pest control business, they contract with. He called them himself and gave them my number to contact me. That's service!! That person then called me back very quickly and was very professional and made an appointment with me today! I cant speak for their pest control but I'm assuming it matches their excellent customer service! And as I said, we will call them again or at least refer them out to others in need of pest control services. Very impressed!!!

William was very professional and provided exceptional service. He treated the carpenter bees on our deck and backyard fence. His prices are reasonable and the quality of his work is exceptional. Great value and very nice guy! In response to COVID he had on a mask and gloves and followed CDC recommended guidelines which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Billy by a good friend who has used Principal for his own home for a long time. Billy treated me like he had known me for just as long! Responsive, knowledgeable and communicative. Cost was more than reasonable. And the bug nests are history! Top notch all the way around.
