I have been using Relyance Insurance for business and personal use for 15+ years. The staff are always on top of their game and kind/helpful! If they dont have the answer or information I need, they get it for me. Thankful for an insurance team like this!!

Issued my insurance, which was fine, BUT, Relyance Insurance Services has reinstated my old expired policy 2 times on their own without my authorization. I called and told them to stop, but they did it a 2nd time (I assume for additional commission paid by Erie Insurance, as I'm sure not going to pay them). Today in the mail, I received a notice stating "This policy which was cancelled... is hereby reinstated in full". I feel like Relyance is scamming me and/or Erie Insurance.

Over the course of the last 20 years I have had three insurance brokers, the former two were outstanding up until we moved to Northern VA and decided to give this small business a try.
Dishonest, no customer service, and unprofessional are the key characteristics that come to mind immediately.
They switched our policy and caused a lapse in our insurance without notifying us of their mistakes, the only way we found out was through a DMV letter.
Ron, will never return out email or call, and the constant staff turnover is no surprise.
STAY CLEAR of this illegal outfit!

I called for a quote and because I just had an accident, they did not even bother to respond with any other options. Insurance seems to forget that customer only remembers bad experiences, not the good ones.
