I am generally satisfied with the equipment but the bathrooms are not very clean and break down all the time. Two of the three soap dispensers arent working for at least three months. One of the toilets has been out of service for over six weeks. None of the sanitizer dispensers has any sanitizer for over five months.

Widely-spaced, clean (including the mirrors), good machines & plentiful weight equipment! Busy and a bit noisy; however this location is so large there is no feeling of claustrophobia or inadequate ventilation. Nice skylights and high ceiling fans. (Plenty of parking, too!) Definitely more at ease than most up-scale gyms! With nice peeps at the desk, welcoming and inviting. This is a perfect PF for both beginning newbies and the lifelong gym rats! Keep. Up. The. Good. Work!!!

I was in VA for a business trip and went there once. All of the equipment is falling apart, the cushions are very worn out and smell and the paper towels and spray were mostly out. O would suggest trying another location, the others are much better.

Dirty and Nasty . Womens restroom rarely has soap / toilet paper ; shower area has large clumps of hair and hair balls in the shower. Early morning staff always missing from the front desk. The one time I have seen someone at the front he had his back turned playing on his phone ; I was never acknowledged when I came in nor when I left. The saying you get what you pay for is definitely true when it comes to this location
