JAC Fencing built us a composite deck and fence. The deck was built above and beyond our county code and I fell safe knowing it is very sturdy and will last a long time. Any small items that have come up, JAC Fencing has been very responsive and addresses the items with a professional manner. After the build, they did an excellent job cleaning up. Best I can give is an "incomplete" with them. I called them to ask for a quote on a fence repair  (on a fence they didn't install) and they said to send them some pics and they could send me an estimate. After 3 weeks of non-response after three of my follow ups via e-mail as well as a phone conversation where she said "the pics look great, we should be able to get something to you shortly", I'm cutting my losses. Maybe they slammed with work, maybe they don't prioritize repair work, I don't know but their lack of response was troubling.

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!!!! We are very disappointed in this company. After receiving our deposit and scheduling with them then didn't show up until two weeks later with no notice or even a cancellation. I have artwork drying in my backyard and when they finally showed up they dumped fencing material on my things. I have no idea why they would do that, there was plenty of other space. They was no disregard for my property and not even an apology. They also left a bunch of wood trash and my back gate open. Very unprofessional.
