Dropped off a prescription at 7:20 pm so that I could give it to my sick 8mth old. I was asked what time I want to pick it up, I said as soon as possible. I got back at 8:04pm to pick up thinking they are open till 10pm because that's what I saw online and now they are closed. The lady that took my prescription didn't give any friendly reminder like "be sure you are back to pick up before 8pm when we close". I see her in parking lot and asked her are they closed, she says yes but if you run inside they might still be there, so I park, grab my sick infant in his car seat and run inside in the rain may I add to see that no one is still there. I tried to call the other RiteAid in Cedar Lake Plaza and they can't fins my son or his prescription so they can't help me either. Now I am left with my sick baby and no medicine to treat him with. I am livid!!!!!!

We have been using this pharmacy for almost a decade. Never have any problems and staff is willing to help. The rest of the employees are super helpful and always friendly and polite.

Literal SCREAMING MATCH WITH PHARMACIST. The PHARMACIST- not the people at checkout desk. The PHARMACIST- 4year pharmacy patient GONE
