I was traveling on the beltway near Springfield, VA and a dump truck owned by A & M Concrete kicked up a large wrong that put a hole in my windshield, the mud flaps on the vehicle were in terrible condition and obviously not doing their job.
I spoke with Brian Glover who told me it wasn't his problem.
Thank you A & M concrete for damaging my vehicle.
