Incorrect and nonviable transcription. Veteran Reporters was hired to do the transcription at my hearing on August 30, 2021. Upon receipt of the transcript multiple obvious errors were seen. I requested the recording for transcription by a different service and was initially denied. Of note the recording was provided to the other side, the transcripts and recording had already been paid for. The only option I was provided was to purchase the disk of recording (be aware recording is non-video and audio only despite the transcriber appearing via webex) and the complete transcript. Upon receiving the disk and the transcripts I compared the two and they do not match. Based upon my expert opinion as a forensic electronic engineer; the transcriber does not do a true transcription instead relied upon webex's audio to transcription feature. The feature only captures one voice at a time and failed to annotate stated Objections which are made while the other party is talking. As my case is now before the Court of Appeals all objections must be evident in the transcript. There are further important omissions and inaccuracies that render the transcripts provided unusable. As a forensic engineer trained in testimony, I would absolutely tear Veteran Reporter's methodology of transcription apart and render the transcription inadmissible. For this reason I caution any consumer from relying on this service. I informed the company of their shortcomings, this is after a prior better business complaint, and requested a full refund based on their printed guarantees and have not heard back. I am now forced to pay another $1500+ on top of what I paid them in order to have admissible transcripts.

I hired Veterans Court Reporters for a preliminary hearing in Stafford. They called less than half an hour before the court time and stated the court reporter had an emergency and could not attend. I asked for a continuance on this basis, which the judge denied. Thus, I'm left without a transcript of the preliminary hearing.

Love these folks. They are on-time, friendly and efficient. Everyone who works for Veteran's is on the ball and kind to all of the parties involved. Hire them if you need a court-reporter! Also, they can provide you with VIDEO-depositions. As a veteran-owned law firm they are who we call every time!!!

I have worked for them for 2 months now and it is a great atmosphere and the management is caring about their employees. The Veterans and cavilians that work here are the best group of people.
