This veteran owned business is exceptionally professional and organized. The employees in the office are very helpful and cordial. I have been with the company over a year and do not have one complaint. Everyone in the office treats you with respect and dignity. This is an exceptional company to work for and I hope to do so for many years to come.

Women-owned businesses does not automatically mean the best businesses to work with or for. Women can be very petty, jealous and insecure. It's like being in a "Mean Girls" movie. Though I always appreciate being employed, the bullying, harassing, racial discrimination, the lies, the non-support contractors endure from staffing agencies like Patricio that contract with the government is very very sad. It makes the "Girl Power" movement a big joke! I've heard plenty of stories that have the same awful experiences as mines. I do not recommend working for Patricio Enterprises, especially for minorities.
