The prices they quoted me the day I ordered my new phone and the day it arrived was a difference of $45 per month, the fact that the manager called me a liar and the fact that he did that in front of his staff and other customers forces me to actually do a review on line for the first time. They attempted a classic bait and switch on me, I called them on it, they tried to back pedal a different direction that still was a bait and switch and then when I wouldn't fall for it, they attempted to humiliate me in front of there customers and staff. I would highly suggest you go somewhere else for your Verizon phone needs.

Incompetent staff and unprofessional. Will never return. Makes me want to change phone services
