Guardian Aquatics has managed the pool at my Meridian Apartment complex for the four years I have lived in the complex. Throughout that time, there have been a series of incompetent Lifeguards. They are regularly and consistently are late, leave their posts, sleep on duty, consume alcohol and drugs given to them by the residents so the residents can have massive parties at the pool. They are not aware of any rules given to them by the apartment's management.
This year the company has used the "lifeguard shortage" to close the pool several days of the week and cut hours. They do not communicate with the apartment's office when they close the pool for many of their absurd reasons.
Would not recommend this business from the consumer side of things, even if they are very polite and business oriented on the corporate side.

What a great company! Employees are easy to work with and the management was highly responsive. Overall a great experience!
