We had two skylight that we thought had a minor leak. RM Banning came out within 48 hours of calling them, quoted us a very fair price to remove and install two new skylights. The entire process from our first phone call to the installation was less than 30 days. Last November a tree branch pierced my roof during a storm. R.M. Banning was there for me every step of the way. First, they patched the hole in my roof during the immediate aftermath of the storm, when other companies weren't even willing to get on the roof. They then helped me evaluate my options for repair or replacement and worked with me to ensure I got fair treatment from my insurance company. Eventually, I opted for a new roof. Their prices were so competitive I was able to add gutters and downspouts as well. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and communication and follow-up were excellent. I am a perfectionist and probably not the easiest customer to deal with, but I had a great experience with R.M. Banning and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about Daniel Diaz at R.M. Banning.  In May 2022, Mother Nature brought hail into our life.  The insurance adjuster came out and arrived at an estimate providing some window cladding, but no roof or siding damage was noted.  After the insurance adjuster left, I asked R.M. Banning to send someone out to take a look.  Daniel got up there and came back with photos and prepared a proposal citing roof and siding damage.  He met with the insurance adjuster and showed him the damage that he missed in that first visit. Daniel went to bat for us and the insurance company paid for roof and siding replacement.  Daniel always took the time to ensure I understood what was happening.  His level of knowledge is impressive!The work was scheduled in a manner that was flexible for all involved.  The work crew arrived as expected and we were very impressed with their onsite acrivities.  The entire property was cleaned up every work day.  The work was done to highest standard.  Our home looks amazing and we could not be happier with the work or the company that performed it.  Thank you, R.M.
