        Tippy’s Taco in Springfield is a staple to the community. The food is honest, basic and flavourful. Their tacos kits are perfect to take home for family or for a gathering of friends. The restaurants has seating with a chill atmosphere and friendly owner. Birch beer on tap. The guacamole is homemade and fresh. Always consistent. Update: Tippy’s is no longer in the Brookfield Plaza after decades of serving the area. The lease apparently expired and pushed yet another local restaurant out. We left an email address to be used updating All where their new location will be. Hopefully Tippy’s will reopen in a close by location.
