I contacted Nice based on the positive reviews posted regarding their service and responsiveness and I was not disappointed. My A/C unit malfunctioned late one night and I called Nice for a service visit the next morning. They were able to send someone out by noon the next day. The service technician, Hayden, was courteous, professional, answered all of my questions and promptly identified and repaired the problem. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again, as well as recommend them to friends. Service: HVAC repair

Impressive technician! Great all around customer satisfaction. Thanks William for your making a tough job look easy. The fireplace looks good and adds a lot to the room. It's also very efficient that is it heats up the room in a short time.

My a/c stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday, late in the afternoon. I called Nice on Sunday morning and the technician, Jeremy, was at my house a few hours later. Jeremy arrived, found the problem, and had the a/c running well in no time. He explained the problem and although my unit is nearing time for replacement, he did not try to convince me I need a new unit or push additional repairs. He took the time to understand the problem and explain everything. I was glad to find someone who was willing to take the time and provide a thorough explanation.
