I completely understand that practices don't accept new patients, or that there is a long wait. I was more than willing to be patient, but I couldn't even get through! I have called 4 times, on various days and times. It's always the same thing: the system announced my place in the queue, I patiently wait, then finally an employee picks up to hurriedly tell me to hold, and then I was back on hold. Either they're extremely understaffed and swamped, or it's a tactic to discourage people. That definitely worked with me, because after spending a total of close to 2 hours on hold, I give up on this group.

Im 28 weeks pregnant and Ive had to go to this location when the main one has been booked up. One of the girls at the front desk is very rude and is always very passive aggressive with me and I have never done or said anything rude to her and its causing me to feel uneasy whenever I come to this office. I just dont think a person should be working in health care if youre just going to have an attitude or be rude to anyone for no reason especially when they are pregnant and in such a vulnerable time in their lives. The other girl upfront with bangs and dark hair is always very kind and professional but the other one is just very aggressive and if I have no other choice but to schedule again at this location I plan on speaking to someone so I can stop receiving this type of treatment for no reason.

Semi new to the area, and the Gyn I was going to closed, to which I had no knowledge of until I went to make my yearly appointment. They never sent any notifications at all. I wanted to come here because I found the Dr I was seeing at the practice that closed, was now at Elite Womens Health. After spending 25 mins on hold, I was very hurriedly told by the receptionist that theyre booking out in May and that schedule isnt out yet. I was given the speel about how so many practices have closed in the area and to call back in March and you might be able to get an appointment. Wow is all I could say...

Careless, neglectful staff. my very first prenatal appt was randomly canceled by this office and it was rescheduled close to the end of my first trimester. At this appt they told me they scheduled me for a sono at the imaging clinic but they never did so. When I called the imaging clinic they had no record of my doctors order for my sono. Additionally they performed lab work which I presented to my current OB, and discovered that my lab work contains concerning results for which I am now being treated. I dont understand why they never reached out to discuss the lab results with me. Disappointment doesnt begin to describe the experience I had here.

Worst doctors office Ive been to in Va with incompetent doctors, and they will delete comments so Im reposting. Dr. Stadulis gave me permanent damage during a minor procedure because she didnt know what she was doing and instead of informing me, decided to proceed anyway. Fast forward Im still trying to correct a problem she caused during a minor 10 min in office procedure. Im spreading awareness because when this practice makes an error they will not fix it! Instead they will blame you, dismiss you, and lawyer up! My guess is they were used to Dr. Stadulis messing up procedures based on their response and how fast they said they retained a lawyer before dismissing me with no cause! I never got hostile so my guess is they were scared that I was going to sue due to her error. I see why this practice is under 4 stars and honestly should be much lower. Enter at you own risk, but dont say I didnt warn you! Save yourself the headache and just go to Wecare much better practice and Dr.Chi Chi is amazing Also you can keep deleting my comment, and I will keep reposting. All Women need to know to prevent this from happening to someone elses mother or daughter!
