AT&T Store

Came in one day to see what it would take to switch carriers, Jeff was there and amazingly helpful. Told me what my bill would be, the best deals AT&T had available. Came back the next day to switch and it was seamless and quick. He was so helpful and informative and kind. I am so glad I made the switch to AT&T.

Had a wonderful experience at the AT&T Store in Daleville, VA. After having my wallet stolen on vacation and a few hours on the phone with customer service while sitting in a corporate store at the beach, Jeffrey was very attentive and knowledgeable. We were in and out with a new phone and an understanding of how the insurance replacement process works, the impressive features of my Note 20 and relief in less than an hour. I highly recommend visiting him at this store.
