Food was good. I ordered online and it was 20 minutes late on their pickup . And wrong. People who like bone in wings dont like boneless. We got boneless when bone in were order. Edit: this establishment is closed. Pretty dirt how it was handled. Pay your employees!

First we are huge Zaxbys fan. This is by far the worst one Weve ever been to. Actually Both my wife and I have never been to a bad Zaxbys until today. The young kid at the register took half our order then went to work the drive thru. After about 5 mins another young kid finished taking our order. We payed and got our order number. We sat down and about 15 mins later my wife went to ask about our food and the lady in the kitchen asked if we wanted to place an order. Yes the people running the front disappeared. Finally got our order fulfilled. Food was mediocre at best. Not hot, not cold just kinda there. Still love Zaxbys but Ill never return to this one again.

Went in with my family to get some dinner. We ordered chicken tenders, two salads, and the Cajun club. The cashier took the order then left because she didnt like taking money. Someone else had to come to swipe our card. The chicken tenders & fries were cold when the food was FINALLY ready. Only one of the salads were made & the sandwich was made wrong. They put two strips instead of the Cajun chicken. They got us the second salad. Once the sandwich came back, I noticed that they didnt remake it. They just took the same sandwich and took off the wrong chicken and replaced it with the Cajun chicken, then brought it back with the same cold af fries. To top it all off, I over heard them saying that they would stop taking orders in drive thru at 9:15 pm. Another customer tried to come in and they were told to leave. It was only 9:40 pm. They are supposed to be open til 10 pm. Will not be wasting money here again.

Horrible experience! After watching angry customers who were tired of waiting on their orders, I decided to ask for a refund after I had been waiting for 20 minutes. I was informed that the owner no longer allowed refunds. I asked to speak with the owner and was given his name and number. The owner, Tom, was in North Carolina and admitted that he told his employees that since they refunded over $800.00 last week, he put a stop to it. That's a terrible response to addressing the problems. Tom did say he could refund me by check and said it would take customers like me to help in making positive changes to the restaurant. My food finally came out and I ended the conversation as Tom was obviously not as concerned as he wanted me to think he was. It's NOT an employee issue but more a owner/ management issue.
