Procrastinated on getting my carpet clean before the end of my lease, with less than a weeks notice Russell was able to schedule me, get the job done before the end of my lease, and even allowed me to pay with my card over the phone when the job was done as I am out of town. I just had three large rooms and three area rugs cleaned and I am very pleased. Russel was able to reschedule my appointment as I had a change. He was on time and extremely helpful. My carpets look wonderful and are mostly dry within hours. He is meticulous and was very careful with our hardwood floors. I highly recommend his services. Great results from his hard work.
